The Anatomy of Sin

Sin is like a computer virus. When it gets into a computer(man's life) it appears to do no harm at first, your computer might still run smoothly as if nothing is wrong with it. The problem is soon, it begins to duplicate (more sin) and increase. The more it grows the more damage it causes to the computer and the more difficult it becomes to remove. Soon the computer starts getting slow and frustrating (prayer life and church gets boring) . After sometime the virus finally ends up destroying the computer and makes it totally useless(sin takes the believer back into the world). Which was the goal of the first single virus(sin) that entered the computer in the first place. The same way most computer users today waste time to remove that first virus from their computer immediately through asking God for Forgiveness, regular antiviral scanning (studying God's Word and praying) of their computer and updating of their anti virus (The HolyGhost) until the computer is almost dest...

Thoughts on Generational Curses and Faulty Foundation Issues

I’ve been going through the Book of Genealogies (Genesis) lately. Soon I perceived the need to share some concerns about the whole issue and teachings on Generational Transfer (Transmission, if you like) of Curses and/or Problems. Let me for now agree with findings from natural science that traits can be transferred from parent to offspring – plants and animals alike. After all, this knowledge has been successfully utilized in agriculture and even among humans. Today, we are taught to deal with our “Faulty Foundations.” This ‘dealing’ usually involves series of prayer sessions and vigils; sometimes contracting – yes, contracting – a man of God or a prayer team for family liberation: cutting down evil trees, digging out old juju, announcing some people (usually the old women) as the hands holding the family successes etc. Afterwards the testimonies start rolling in: the ladies in the family who are past the marriage age start getting married, the men in business start to buy cars...

As We Celebrate

AS WE CELEBRATE... Today marks one year of this page’s existence. I deeply appreciate God for the vision, will and opportunity to bring His ever-true Word to friends and friends of ... friends on Facebook; and for sustaining this project up till now. I trust He’ll continue to give the grace. On the other hand, I sincerely appreciate all of you who at some point read one or more of our posts and supplied us feedback. The variety of feedback I've gotten in this past year was ju st overwhelming: Some likes the page itself to get the posts first-hand. Others likes or commented on posts, making their own input towards our corporate edification. Yet there are quite some who went beyond these to call me for further discussions on a post, or to say, “thank you for blessing my life.” Those who did not have my contact sent me a ‘Friend Request’ on Facebook. At this point let me also appreciate my friend-contributors. To Tobe Osigwe, a trained Screen Writer and my high school senior: ...

Te Deum Laudamus

We praise thee, O God : we acknowledge thee to be the Lord. All the earth doth worship thee : the Father everlasting. To thee all Angels cry aloud : the Heavens, and all the Powers therein. To thee Cherubim and Seraphim : continually do cry, Holy, Holy, Holy : Lord God of Sabaoth; Heaven and earth are full of the Majesty : of thy glory. The glorious company of the Apostles : praise thee. The goodly fellowship of the Prophets : praise thee. The noble army of Martyrs : praise thee. The holy Church throughout all the world : doth acknowledge thee; The Father : of an infinite Majesty; Thine honourable, true : and only Son; Also the Holy Ghost : the Comforter. Thou art the King of Glory : O Christ. Thou art the everlasting Son : of the Father. When thou tookest upon thee to deliver man : thou didst not abhor the Virgin's womb. When thou hadst overcome the sharpness of death : thou didst open the Kingdom of Heaven to all believers. Thou sittest at the right hand of God : in t...
